| 摘 要： | 目前人们对"企业可持续发展"概念在运用上的比较混乱,探讨"企业可持续发展"概念在理论上与实践中都有重要的意义.在这篇文章中作者分析了企业可持续发展的内涵与外延,并提出了企业生命周期的新理解.
