公务员激励机制的多维视角探析

摘    要:公务员激励机制在公务员制度建设中起着重要的推动作用,随着公共部门人力资源职业化的迈进,我国现有的激励价值理念与单一模式已不能适应公务员制度的发展。本文从公务员激励的理论视角、实践视角及矫正视角出发,提出了构建公务员激励机制的四种模式,以期促进公务员激励机制的发展。

Abstract:The incentive mechanism of civil servant plays an important and promotive role in the construction of the civil servant system. With the development of professional public sector of human resources,China's present incentive values and single model are no longer suited to the development of the civil service system.Based on the incentive theoretical perspective,the practice perspective and correct perspective of civil servant,four models of the incentive mechanism of civil servant are constructed with a view of promoting the incentive mechanism of civil servant.
