深化农村义务教育经费保障机制改革与居民收入差距调节

改革开放以来,我国居民之间的收入差距不断扩大。义务教育作为调节收入差距的重要手段,目前在我国还没有起到应有的作用,其原因是义务教育本身还很不公平。深化农村义务教育经费保障机制改革有利于实现义务教育的公平,从而迈出了义务教育调节收入差距的关键一步。

Since reform and opening,China's income gap is increasing between residents.Compulsory education as an important means to regulate the income gap doesn't play an good role,because compulsory education itself is unfair.Deepening the reform of the mechanisms of rural compulsory education funding guarantees is beneficial to the realizing of the fairness of compulsory education,and thus plays an important role in the process compulsory education's regulating income gap.
