| 摘 要： | 企业竞争优势一直是战略管理学的研究热点，竞争优势理论主流观点存在着核心刚性缺陷、知识刚性缺陷、内部性缺陷、复制性缺陷，而演化理论可以很好地通过惯例、搜寻、创新、技术变迁、制度环境、竞争方面解释企业竞争优势，并弥补竞争优势理论主流观点的缺陷。
