论高校学生管理中“人文关怀”的缺失及应对策略

大学是育人的场所,包括科学文化知识的传授和人文素养的形成。大学生应具备的三大素质:以真为本的科学素质;以善为魂的人文素质;以强为托的身心素质。其中人文素养的形成,不仅需要学生自身的人文体验与实践、高校教育者的人文关怀、人文知识的传授,而且是学生优良品格发展所不可或缺的条件。加强高校的人文关怀对塑造学生完整的人格有其重要的意义。

The Lack of Human Concern on the Management of College Students and Coping Strategies

University is a place for educating people,including teaching scientific and cultural knowledge and the formation of human accomplishment.Students should possess three qualities： the ＂true＂ science-based quality;to ＂good＂ as the soul of the human quality;to ＂strong＂ as the physical and mental quality of care.The formation of human accomplishment not only needs cultural experience and practice of students,but also need higher education＇s humanistic care and the teaching of human knowledge.Strengthening the university＇s humanistic care is useful in shaping the character of students.
