摘 要: | 在QC小组活动的对策实施阶段,为了从4个要因所含的多个位级中找出最佳位级,利用正交试验法安排了4因素3位级的试验,并对试验结果通过"直接看"和"按计算结果"二种方法进行比较,选出较好的位级。同时由正交试验结论表对4因素作趋势分布图,结合趋势图和实际活动中位级的限制,进一步优选参数,进行第二次正交试验,找出每个因素的最佳位级。利用正交试验法提高了QC活动中运用工具的能力。

Abstract: | In the countermeasures execute phase of QC group activities,in order to find out the optimal level from all the levels in the four main factors,the group conduct the orthogonal test with three levels and four factors,which chooses the better level by comparing the two test results of "directly seen" and "according to the calculation".Draw the trend figure of four factors via the conclusion by the orthogonal test,optimize the test parameters,and then conduct the second orthogonal test,to find out the best level of each factor.So the orthogonal test can improve the ability to use QC tools in the QC activities. |
