An Analysis of the Effect of Speculation on Real Estate Price

Based on building a simple mathematical model, this article describes the real estate price's fluctuation and running system in the real estate market, which occurs after speculator's venture. And by it, this article explains the real cause about continuous raise of Zhejiang estate price recently. Further more, this article uses some actual data to demonstrate them and also gives some relevant advice.
