| Abstract: | The result that a person becomes a talented one is inseparable from his own efforts and the influence of the environment. In a unit, a subordinate's development is also closely linked with this leader. Not only should a good leader uses his subordinates, but also he should train them reasonably and enable them to make great progress, improve themselves, and become a success of their career. |
