安徽省特殊教育学校课外体育现状与发展对策研究

运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对安徽省特殊教育学校课外体育现状进行调查,结果发现:早操、课间操、班级体育锻炼组织管理及实施力度不够,且早操、课间操内容较为单一;课外体育锻炼频度与时间总体不足,且基本处于无人指导的自由活动状态;课余运动训练普及度不高,且训练频度偏低;学校、班级体育竞赛开展较少;体育场地器材不能满足课外体育需求,且与校外联系较少,缺乏横向交流。进而提出相应的对策和建议。

A Study on Current Situations and Development Strategies for Extra- Curricular Physical Education in Special Schools in Anhui Province

Using literature,interview,questionnaire and statistics,this article investigates current situations of extra-curricular physical education in special schools in Anhui Province.The results show that the organization and implementation of morning exercises,exercises in class break and class physical training are not enough,and the contents of morning exercises and exercises in class break lack variety;frequency and time duration of extra-curricular physical training are in general low,and this kind of exercises is in the state of free activities without guidance;there is no popularization of extra-curricular physical training and the frequency of training is low;there is few physical competition in class and school;sports facilities can not satisfy the needs of extra-curricular physical training,and there is little connection with others outside the school,i.e.,lacking horizontal communication.Finally,corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward.
