| 摘 要： | 制度化建设是新建本科院校提高和巩固教学质量的一个重要手段,因此,有必要建立统一的系级教学管理的基本规范。文章在对现有教学管理体系运行情况分析的基础上,提出:理顺管理体制,明确界定行政管理体系与学术管理体系的职责,提高教学管理决策层的科学性和合理性;明确各级教学管理人员的岗位职责,提高教学管理执行层的工作效率;建立全院统一的系级教学管理基本规范,提高教学管理协作层的管理效率。
