On Women's Point of View in Tagore's Novels

Based on brain racking thinking,Tagore Rabindranath painstakingly put forward his women's emancipation idea equiped with sincere concerns about women's destiny,which finally boiled down to be his original view of women.Connected with his excellent breeding of philosophy,aesthetics and patriotism,Tagore's view of women showed deep love and sympathy to humankind,which reflected the influencc of western thought on him.However,living in profound reforming era in Indian history,Tagore,a figure immersed in traditional and western education,inevitably couldn't survive his view of women from contradiction,complexity and family influence.
