| 摘 要： | 清末,由于殖民势力的入侵,民族矛盾、阶级矛盾日趋尖锐,自然经济逐渐解体,商品经济迅速发展,社会的巨大变化已超过了旧有法律调整的范畴,迫使清政府决定修订《大清律例》。
