| 摘 要： | 大学生个体社会化正处于关键发展时期,其社会化程度将影响其健全人格和正确世界观、人生观、价值观的形成,并在很大程度上制约着他们的再社会化及其发展方向。探讨大学生个体社会化滞后的表现、原因及对策,对促进他们个体社会化有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The college student is in the key stage of individual socialization,the degree of their socialization will have an effect on the forming of their perfect personalities and their right world outlook,outlook on life,outlook on value,and restrict their re-socialization and their development direction.Inquiring into the manifestations reasons and countermeasures can promote their individual socialization. |
