| 摘 要： | 人才租赁是我国体育社会化、市场化发展过程中体育人力资源合理调配的一种主要形式和手段。章阐述了人才租赁的基本合义和现阶段我国体育人才租赁的可行性与租赁形式，并对当前我国体育人才租赁管理涉及的主要问题提出了相应的对策。
