摘    要:企业创新最终是要满足市场的需求,为此企业创新应与营销相结合。创新与营销的结合贯穿于创新过程的始终,其中重点是在创新立项及创新成果进入市场两个阶段。在双方的结合过程中,应注意解决好目标导向及组织体制等问题。

Abstract:Firms innovation must be combined with the marketing,because the its purpose is to meet the requirements of the consumers.The combination runs through the process of the innovation and focal points are two phases of setting forward the project and putting the innovation into the market.It is important to pay more attention to the target-orientation and the organizational system in order to realize the effective combination.
