| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化背景下,从全球学习的外向视角入手,对国外攻略新载体--无国界经营的特点展开深入分析,据此设计我国企业全球学习战略的两个层面,研究全球学习的海外延伸模式,进而从本土嵌入到全球布点提出中国企业全球学习网络的编织方法,并对国际核心能力的成长路径进行了战略探索.
