| Abstract: | The present work begins with an analysis of the present state of industrial structure of small and medium enterprises as well as the inadequacy of related legislation in our country.By comparing with the trend of development of minor enterprises and the perfect related legislation in developed countries.The anthors make suggestion of legal measure for promoting industrial structural readjustment of small and medium enterprises in our country. |
