哈尼族习惯法在保护森林环境中的作用

在全球森林面积越来越少、环境越来越恶化的趋势下,保护环境、保护森林成了全世界共同的主题。往昔哈尼族居住区域一直保持着茂密的森林和良好的生态环境,但随着社会的发展,人口的剧增,哈尼族地区的森林和生态环境也遭到了不同程度的破坏。但相对于全球大面积的森林锐减和普遍的水土流失,哈尼族地区依然有着较好的生态环境和较高的森林覆盖率,主要原因就是哈尼族在与自然和谐相处中,有极为值得赞赏和借鉴的人与自然和谐共生的伦理思想和一套极为系统有效的保护森林环境的习惯法,使得哈尼族地区至今依然有"山有多高水有多高"的生态奇观。文章以红河上游中国境内哈尼族居住区域为研究对象,论述哈尼族习惯法在保护森林中的积极作用。
