| Abstract: | This paper is a deliberate attempt to discuss and study the features of oral English (i. e. flexibility, brevity and appropriateness) and its corresponding instructional strategies (i. e. the awareness of turn-taking, the thinking-training strategy and four-dimension integrative training strategy). The underlying purpose of this study is to facilitate students in improving their communicative skills and competence in cross-cultural communication via variety of oral practice. |
