| 摘 要： | 本文以魏晋南北朝山水诗的创作和批评为例,重点分析自然山水和人适性自然的生命意识间的联系,即人在自己内心通过对自然山水的体验获得了自由,体验的过程就是把外在的世界包含在自身的生命中。
