| 摘 要： | 孔子的教育思想萌芽于身体力行的教学实践,孔子学说主要体现《论语》之中,也蕴涵着丰富的成人教育思想。其中“成人”理念、有教无类、因材施教、学而不厌、诲人不倦、知行合一等对指导我国现阶段成人教育的实践具有重要的理论意义。
