| 摘 要： | 从动物组织中提取DNA是根据DNA与RNA、蛋白质在不同溶液中溶解度的不同。在简化的猪脾脏DNA的提取方法中有两点可能导致实验结果不理想。现就此做出相应的对照实验,加以验证。

| Abstract: | The difference of solvencies of DNA,RNA and protein in different solvent is the basis to abstract DNA from animal tissue.There are two points,which may cause unsatisfactory result of the simplified method of abstracting DNA from spleen of swine.So two parallel experiments are conducted to prove the conjecture. |
