| 摘 要： | 全民创业可以增强安徽经济实力、发掘安徽民资民力、创造更多的就业岗位。而全民创业需要创业教育和培训,为此应在正规学校教育中开展创业教育,在社会教育领域构建创业培训制度,以构筑全民创业的教育培训体系。

| Abstract: | National venture can enhance the economic strength of Anhui Province,explore Anhui civil funds and power,and create more jobs.National venture calls for entrepreneurship education and training.In order to build the education and training system of national venture,we should carry out entrepreneurship education in formal school education and construct entrepreneurial training system in the field of social education. |
