| 摘 要： | 西晋的占田和课田都是田制。占田是名田,是农民名义上可以占有的土地数量;课田是公田,是农民佃种的国有土地。课田在占田之内,占田的性质有公有私。

| Abstract: | Farmland system in the Western Jin Dynasty includes occupied farmland and state-owned farmland. The former refers to nominal farmland, namely, the farmland occupied by peasants nominally; while the latter is public farmland which is rented by peasants. State-owned farmland is within occupied farmland which is both public and private in character. |
