高中英语教师新课程培训需求调研模式述析

摘    要:以期刊文献中的三次高中英语教师新课程培训需求调研为分析对象,对高中英语教师新课程培训需求调研的形式以及调研结果分析利用的情况进行了分析,概括了已有调研模式对新课程培训者的启发,并对目前以及未来教师新课程培训需求调研的领域提出了思考,希望对培训机构、培训者有所帮助。

Abstract:Based on relevant articles on knowing high school English teachers'current training needs,the author analyzes how to investigate and study English teachers'training needs and how to make use of the investigation and study results.The article also analyzes the inspirations drawn by teacher trainers from the existent investigation and study models and puts forwards some ideas for the future fields of study in the hope of providing some insights for teacher training agencies and trainers alike.
