| 摘 要： | 供应链的质量管理具有重要的现实意义。供应链质量管理就是通过把供应链的单个环节组织起来,构建一个完整有效的供应链质量保证体系,确保供应链具有持续而稳定的质量保证能力。在此基础上提出了供应链质量管理的特点、标志、管理模式和管理的策略。
