摘    要:教学的本质是学,教要转化为学。教学就是在教师的支持下,激起、强化、 优化学生的自主学习的过程。教师的使命不是取代、压抑、削弱学生的自学。而是 承认他们自己的权力和成果,提供支持和引导。我们要把作为教者的所有的活动。 都变成学生得以自己学的助力。为此,生本的教材应具有个体性、动态性、开放 性、生成性等特征。

Abstract:The nature of teaching is learning. Teaching must be converted to learning.Teaching is a process in which students' independent learning ability is initiated, reinforced and optimized. The mission of teachers is not to replace, depress or weaken students' independent learning but to admit their rights and achievements, and provide them with support and guidance. All the teachers' activities should be converted to the assistance for students to study independently. Thus, student-based teaching materials should be characterized by individuality, dynamic, openness and generation.
