| 摘 要： | 信息服务是现代远程教育学习支持服务的重要内容，主要是指为远程学习者提供的各类相关信息的及时传递与反馈。目前远程教育实践中信息服务存在着信息不对称和有效信息不完全等问题；完善信息服务，需遵循服务内容的全面准确、传递渠道的多样畅通、服务模式的个别化等原则。

| Abstract: | Information service is a main portion of modern distance education learning supprt,it refers to the delivery and feedback of correlative information for distance learners.At present time,information service still has problems of asymmetry and inadequacy in distance education practice.Perfecting in formation service needs to follow the principles of nicety of contents,openness of delivery channel and individuation of service mode. |
