现代管理理论在班级管理中的灵活应用

班级作为基本教学单位,其管理的质量往往会影响到学生的健康成长以及学院的良性发展。在班级管理方式的更新上,有不少教师做过很多有益的探索。笔者从管理学的角度出发,对于现代管理理论在高职学院班级管理中的灵活运用做了初步研究与尝试,旨在通过借鉴其他领域的有益管理方式来更好地拓宽班级管理的思路并提高班级管理的水平。

The Flexible Application of the Modern Management Theory in Class Management

As the basic educational unit,the quality of class management may affect the healthy growth of the students and the institute as well.A lot of teachers have made many beneficial explora- tions in renew of the style of class management.From the point of view of the theory of management, the author tries to make initial research and exploration in the flexible application of the modern man- agement theory in class management,and tries to use the beneficial experience of the theories in other domains to broaden the train of thought in class management and to raise the standards of it.
