| 摘 要： | 农村义务教育应当培养受教育者具有普通文化知识基础,更应当培养其具有职业知识技能基础。培养学生具有两类知识基础,是农村义务教育性质所决定的,是农村经济社会发展、劳动力转移、小城镇建设、农业现代化、建设社会主义新农村的需要,也是农村义务教育为"三农"服务的要求。

| Abstract: | Compulsory education in rural areas should not only bring up students with general cultural knowledge,but also train them to have knowledge and skills with professional basis.To bring up students to have two types of knowledgebase is decided by the character of compulsory education in rural areas,which is the demand of the economic and social development,labor transfer,small town's building,agricultural modernization,new socialist rural building.Meanwhile it is required to serve for "three rurals" of rural compulsory education. |
