| 摘 要： | 近年来,民生与民主问题越来越受人关注,但对于民生与民主两者的关系却认识不一。正确理解民生与民主的关系,不仅具有重大的理论意义,而且具有十分重要的现实意义。民生不仅包括人民的生计与生活,还包括人民的政治需求、文化需求和精神需求,包括人的生命价值、健康价值和尊严价值等内容。社会主义民主的本质是人民当家做主。民生和民主相辅相成、相互促进,既不能将两者割裂开来,更不能将它们对立起来。
