摘 要: | 为压缩机回油实验设计一种新的可视化方案,在压缩机外壳上竖向铣槽,在槽外周焊接带螺纹视液镜接头,再拧上玻璃与金属烧结一体的视液镜,实现大范围的油位观察,通过摄像头的定时拍照来实现油位长期自动记录,为压缩机回油的长期运行实验研究提供了一个可靠便捷的实验方案。

Abstract: | A new visualization design is introduced for the oil return observation of hermetic compressors. In the design, a vertical slot is milled in the bottom shell of the compressor, then a connection with screws is welded around the slot, fi-nally a sight glass which is agglomerated with the metal and large glass is mounted to the connection to meet the need. The camera can take photos by timing routine, which means a long-term oil return observation is possible. |
