| Abstract: | Let ASG(2v, IFq) be the 2v dimensional affine-symplectic space over a finite field IFq.Taking the set of some (m,s) flats in ASG(2v,IFq) as the set of treatments, we construct an association scheme with class 2, and compute their parameters. |
