| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,社会对教师也提出了更高的要求,继续教育是大势所趋.本文采用自编问卷对琢鹿县的中学数学教师的基本素质状况进行了调查,通过对结果的分析,为今后教师的继续教育提出了一些具体的措施.

| Abstract: | With the knowledge economy times arriving,our eociety also puts forwards even higher requests for teachers.Further education is the dentency in general.This article has investigated the essential qualities of the mathematics teachers in Zhuolu Middle School through the self-designed questionare, and put forward some concrete measures for the future teachers' further education through analysis of the results. |
