| 摘 要： | 目前我国工程项目施工阶段的成本管理存在许多问题,针对这些问题,有以下应对方法:1.建立规范、统一、标准的责权利相结合的成本管理体制;2.从质量成本管理上要效益;3.从工期成本控制上要效益;4.强化经济观念提高经济意识,搞好成本预测、确定成本控制目标;5.制定有效的规章制度;6.完善合同文本,避免法律损失。

| Abstract: | For the time being,in engineering projects of our country there exist many problems in management of construction cost during construction period.Toward these problems,the following counter-measures should be considered: 1.Establishing normal,unified,standard cost management system with a combination of right,responsibility and profit;2.Seeking efficiency in management of quality and cost;3.Seeking efficiency in controlling the cost of construction period;4.Strengthening economic idea,raising economic awareness,predicting construction cost and determining the goal of controlling cost;5.Formulating effective rules and regulations;6.Perfecting the contract text and avoid legal loss. |
