| 摘 要： | 大学自我维持是大学组织的自觉行为。目前，我国大学的主要问题是自我意识淡薄。积极开展院校研究，注重自身特色和声誉，不断扩大自身影响力，主动争取外部支持，是当前我国大学组织自我维持的基本策略。

| Abstract: | The universities keep conscientious behavior that the university organizes oneself.At present,the subject matter of the universities of our country is that the self-consciousness is faint.That promoting the institutional research actively and paying attention to one's own characteristic and reputation so as to expand one's own influence power constantly and to strive for outside support are is the basic tactics wnith which the universities of our country maintain themselves. |
