| 摘 要： | 本首先分析了导致我国目前下岗与失业问题的主要原因，并对目前所实施的相关措施提出质疑其次详细论述在解决我国下岗与失业问题时，应该如何正确处理当前问题与我国经济长期发展与之间的关系；最后就如何更好地解决这一问题提出了若干建议。
