| 摘 要： | 结合某企业将要实施的工资信息系统项目，在分析和调研某企业的信息系统结构和组织结构的基础上，进行了需求分析和开发设计。采用原型法、结构化的开发方法来作为开发的技术。该项目采用Visual Basic6．0作为开发环境，SQL Server7．0作为数据库。在具体的设计和实现阶段，给出了详细的数据库设计和部分的代码。

| Abstract: | Based on investigating the organization structure and information system structure, the thesis works out demand analysis and development design. The thesis adopts the combination of PM and SM. Considering the need of project development, we use Visual Basic 6.0 as a development environment, SQL Server 7.0 as database and give out detailed database design. |
