| 摘 要： | 由于有关留守儿童的法律法规不健全、地方财政资金投入不足、对留守儿童保护不力和体制方面的弊端等原因,留守儿童问题成为我国现阶段在构建和谐社会过程中不容回避的一个问题。地方政府可以从健全相关法律法规、转变地方官员观念、增加财政资金支持力度、建立留守儿童权益保护机制、改革体制弊端,充分发挥政府服务职能等方面来应对留守儿童问题。
