摘    要:为揭示虚拟企业组织体系多态性和动态性的根源,对其动态任务价值链进行了研究。构建了虚拟企业的任务过程模型,并对任务过程与价值链的动态映射以及基于价值链分析的虚拟企业组织构建进行了探讨。定义了子任务价值系数作为伙伴企业组织形式选择的依据,并对任务价值链上子任务价值分布与虚拟企业组织多态性的关系进行了讨论。构建了虚拟企业多元化动态组织体系,对其随任务价值链重构而动态演化的机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:To reveal the organizational polymorphism and dynamics, the dynamic task value chain of virtual enterprise (VE) was investigated. After discussion of the VE task process model, the dynamic mapping between the task process and the value chain was studied and the VE organization formation based on value chain analysis was probed into. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the subtask value distribution of the task value chain and the organizational polymorphism of VE, subtask value ratio was defined as a basis for partner organizational form selection. The dynamic polymorphic organizational architecture of VE was established and its evolution along with the reconfiguration of the task value chain was explored. The research can provide theoretical supports to the organization and operation of the VE dynamic task value chain based on the core competences of the partners.
