| Abstract: | Because of certain subjective reasons such as lacking of attention, language obstacles and other major limitations, the foreign books and periodicals in school libraries in colleges and universities are seldom made full use of. There are two ways to better this situation. On the one hand, such libraries should change their usual conceptions and promote their sense of serving customers. On the other hand, they should improve their document search service with the help of modern technology. |
