| 摘 要： | 通过对杭州、温州两地年龄组训练体制、训练情况的调查、研究,结果表明:杭州通过竞赛启动政策杠杆,能够调动各方面的积极性,促进了业训的发展。在安排阶段训练计划时,有连贯性;并能根据学生训练的具体情况灵活安排。
