| 摘 要： | 个体德性是外塑和内生共同作用下生成的，但是随着主体性的高扬，德性更加注重个体的自主生成。文章从哲学、心理学、教育学等角度考察了德性自主生成的理论根源，并提出了德性自主生成的具体实践策略。
