| 摘 要： | 采用访谈、观察等研究方法,对邹市明备战2010年广州亚运会赛前技战术训练特点进行分析。结果显示:邹市明赛前技术训练主要结合其脚下快速移动中的突然击打能力、有效距离内的反复攻防转换能力等展开;战术训练主要通过教学比赛、条件实战、模拟比赛等手段实现。

| Abstract: | Interview and observation are employed in this paper to study the training techniques and tactics of Zou Shi-ming' s preparation for Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010.The results shows that there is a good combination for him,in the training of pre-match,to have the ability of sudden stroke when the feet moves quickly and the ability of active change between attacking and defending within the effective distance.Concerning the techniques in training,they are realized through teaching matches,practice and simulat... |
