我国与1980年《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》

自1988年1月1日正式生效实施的《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》是一部调整国际贸易活动的统一实体法规范。它的生效实施为国际货物买卖活动创造了良好的法律环境，推动了国际贸易的发展。本文通过盲从以约的特点，即普遍性、现实性、折衷性等特点，说明作为该公约最早缔约国之一的我国应该如何利用该公约为发展我国对外贸易事业服务，以及如何结合该公约来发展我国涉外经济贸易方面的法律、法规。

China and Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods

Convention on Contracts for the International Sal es of Goods,which ha s been put into effect since January 1st 1988,is a unified ,substantive law reg ulating international trade activity .Its implementation creates a good la w environmen t for the buying and selling of the international trade .As one of the earliest parties to the treaty ,writer illustrates how China should make use of the co nvention to serve for its foreign trade by analysing the characteristics of thi s conv ention ,that is:universality, reality and compromise and how to develop our la ws and regulations governing business relation with foreigner by combining this c onvention.
