教师参与高校决策:合理性及其限度性

摘    要:作为高校实施民主管理的重要举措,教师参与高校决策的合理性表现在诸多方面。然而,合理性的证成并不意味参与的多多益善,因为缺失限度的教师参与背离于高校的决策理性化。基于此,我们认为高校应当通过对参与教师和参与事项的适当选择为教师的决策参与设定合理的边界与限度。

Abstract:As an important measure of higher schools actualizing democratic administration,the rationality of teachers participating in higher schools' decision-making represents in several aspects.However,rationality justification does not imply that teachers' participation is the more the better because of limitless participation deviating from rational decision-making in higher schools.As a result,we think that higher schools should set the limitation for teachers' participation by choosing the proper teachers and proceedings.
