| 摘 要： | 西方环境新闻报道与研究始于美国19世纪的资源保护运动,并成熟于20世纪70年代。我国环境新闻研究始于上世纪80年代,环境新闻教育更晚,民众广泛缺乏环保伦理意识。北部湾作为新兴工业经济区,如何在发展经济与保护环境上做到二者协调和谐发展,是一个值得广泛关注的问题,也是对环境新闻报道人才提出的时代要求;如何加强环境新闻报道人才的培养迫在眉睫。
