Cu-26.4 Zn-4 Al(Re)记忆合金弹簧的应用设计

摘    要:针对双金属自封式热采封隔器的缺点,利用形状记忆合金超弹性技术,根据Cu-26.4 Zn-4 Al(Re)记忆合金工程元件热稳定性实验结果,以形状记忆合金Cu-26.4Zn-4Al(Re)弹簧和弹性筒超弹性材料Fe-Mn-Si为主要热敏材料,设计了形状记忆合金热采封隔器.

Abstract:Avoiding the defects of double-metal unit for Thermal-Extraction-Obdurate-Separate,it is designed using shape memory alloy Cu26.4 Zn-4 Al(Re) springs and Elastic-Canister super elastic material Fe-Mn-Si for the thermal sensitive material according to the experiment results of the shape memory engineering units Cu-26.4 Zn-4 Al(Re).
