| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief account to the functional translation theory,discusses the diferent cognitive schemas of SVOC when C is an infinitive,adjective or a noun and its corresponding Chinese expressions in details,and probes into its theoretical basis and makes convincing exposition of it by using relevance theory and lots of examples. |
