论新世纪高校德育工作的地位

针对高校德育工作的现状，提出要继续强调将德育工作放在首要位置，德育工作的改革应树立开放意识，建立一支有力的德育教师队伍：并对多途径地实施德育工作进行探索。

New Century Moral Education-Where to Place It in Institutions of Higher Learning

In response to the status quo of moral education in institutions of higher learning,it is suggested that stress still be laid on the priority of education in ethics,open-mindedness be encouraged in the reformation thereof,and a competent staff of moral educators be built for the implementation of the multitorm moral education discussed herein.
